New to BKBX

What to Expect

  • Our coaches will welcome and walk you through everything you need to know for your experience at BKBX.
  • Swing, jump, lunge, and climb your way through our 60-minute studio workout classes.
  • After class head over to our Recovery studio to focus on your ongoing restoration and rejuvenation.
  • Want to try recovery or climbing before a class? You are welcome to come in for a drop-in visit to check out our Recovery studio and/or climbing wall.

Before Class

  • Sign up for your FREE* first timers class in advance so we have your account set up (you will be prompted to create an account)
  • Wear comfortable athletic shoes + clothing
  • We recommend you bring a water bottle
  • Arrive 30 minutes early for your first class (late entry is not permitted)
  • Pick up your wearable at the front desk (you’ll wear this across your chest during class)

During Class

  • Every class is 60 minutes
  • Classes include 2 coaches, 4 stations, and 24 people (max.)
  • 4 Stations: The Rig, Cardio, Turf, and Monkey Space
  • Use the large screens to check your personal and group AQ score tracked via your biometric wearable
  • Learn more about the science behind the class

After Class

  • Stop by the Recovery studio to rest and recharge with cryotherapy, an infrared sauna, massage tools and more
  • Or try out our 92′ long climbing wall (we have rental shoes at the front desk)
  • Hit the locker room and showers to clean up
  • Grab post-workout snacks + drinks at our BKBX shop
