Our training is purpose-driven. It’s why we do what we do. It’s why BKBX is focused on enhancing performance and ensuring that you develop the physical and mental skills required to reach your optimal potential.
Instead of trying to mimic outdoor tasks inside the studio, BKBX programming strategically builds upon your current capabilities and improves outdoor performance characteristics—so when it’s time, you will be prepared to venture out and put those skills to the test.
Adventure Training Studio: Featuring 60-minute group-based training classes. Multidimensional training takes place on and off the ground by incorporating multiple, dynamic structures within the space. Data tracking screens display real-time AQ updates.

Climbing Areas: Bouldering Wall. Climbing Training Wall. Climbing Gear Rental.
Adventure Bar: Data Consultation. Adventure Travel Arrangement. Tech Pickup.
Amenities: Showers + Lockers. Protein Shakes, Snacks, and Retail Shop.
If you are attending a class, we recommend wearing athletic clothing: t-shirts, loose shorts / pants, and athletic shoes. If you intend on climbing, make sure to bring your climbing shoes.
But don’t worry, we also have plenty of rental shoes in a variety of sizes.
If this is your first visit to BKBX, you must come 30 mins before the start of any studio class. Otherwise, 15 minutes early is fine.
Entering the studio more than 5 mins late is not permitted and is considered a late cancel. If arriving late for a reservation, your spot may be forfeited to someone on a wait-list.
